Issue 4: Cura Personalis
cura personalis - care for the entire person
As we move into the autumn of 2021 it is important to remember, through our fatigue, to care for both ourselves and one another. The pieces submitted for this issue reflected exactly that need. Some were poems of self-care, some stories about kindness toward others, some reflections upon relationships that had fallen like autumn leaves.
Each piece has been placed into a symbol of care from our Fall friend the tree - roots to represent the self, leaves to represent others and branches to represent reaching out to a wider world.
We hope reading these pieces will serve as a reminder to take time to look after yourself and out for others - even if that means considering giving yourself and/or others a second chance.
